I would say it’s a family oriented hotel. Not really for a couple. I’ve seen loads of reviews about the hard beds and scratchy bedding which is true. However we managed to change rooms due to a leaky toilet and it made the experience so much better! The beds were softer the bedding was so much better. The facilities are good. The food was decent. Don’t expect the cocktails to look like something from a restaurant. We enjoyed our stay. And for the price I’ll go back and just make sure to have a decent bed and bedding.

Duja Bodrum'da eşimle birlikte keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Otelin konumu, manzarası ve olanakları gerçekten çok iyiydi. Özellikle resepsiyon ve misafir ilişkileri ekibi oldukça profesyonel ve yardımseverdi. Didem Hanım ve Sinan Bey'e ilgileri ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımları için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Feedbacklerimizi dikkate alıp gelecekte düzeltileceğini belirtmeleri güven vericiydi. Ayrıca ücretsiz geç çıkış sağlamaları tatilimizi daha rahat tamamlamamıza olanak tanıdı. Olumlu Yönler: Konum ve manzara harika. Otel olanakları yeterli ve tatmin edici. Personel genel olarak güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Misafir ilişkileri oldukça başarılı. Geç çıkış opsiyonu sunmaları güzel bir jestti. Geliştirilebilecek Noktalar: Oda temizliği konusunda biraz daha dikkatli olunabilir. Örneğin, gelen ilk havlularda yıkandığı halde lekeler mevcuttu. The hotel's location, view, and facilities were excellent. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and guest relations team. A special thanks to Ms. Didem and Mr. Sinan from guest relations — they were very attentive and responsive to our feedback. They assured us that our suggestions would be considered for future improvements, which we appreciated. It was also a great gesture that they allowed us a free late check-out, which made our departure more comfortable. Positive Aspects: Stunning location and beautiful views. Facilities are satisfying and well-maintained. Staff are friendly and well-intentioned. Excellent guest relations service. Free late check-out was a much-appreciated bonus. Areas for Improvement: Room cleaning could be more meticulous. For instance, the first set of towels we received were clean but stained. The hotel is quite large, but there aren't enough direction signs. There’s also no app or printed information to explain where things are or what time each bar or restaurant operates, so we had to figure it out by asking staff or trial and error. The cocktail quality at the bars was disappointing. Ingredients may have been correct, but preparation, taste, and presentation were far below expectations. For example, the "whiskey sour" I ordered looked and tasted nothing like a proper one. The hotel clearly caters more to families, and there are a lot of children around. If you’re a couple looking for a quiet getaway and not particularly fond of kids, the noise and activity might be a downside. Overall: In terms of value for money, it’s a good hotel. Despite a few shortcomings, we were generally satisfied with our stay. It’s an ideal option for families, though couples seeking a more tranquil atmosphere should take that into consideration.
