I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
Room Size: The room was very small — much smaller than I expected for the price I paid. It felt cramped and uncomfortable.
Housekeeping Service: For two days, the cleaning staff did not refill the soap and shampoo in my room. I had to call the reception myself, and only on the second day did someone come to refill the amenities.
Room Comfort: There was no closet or wardrobe in the room to store my clothes, which was very inconvenient. I had to keep everything in my suitcase the whole time, making the space feel even more cramped.
Value for Money: The stay was expensive, and I honestly feel it was not worth the cost. For the price, I expected much better service, room quality, and overall comfort.
Overall, I left feeling disappointed. I hope the management improves these areas for future guests.
