1) booked comfort but were give standard( I found out myself when I saw the toilet was old style but not the new furnished one as shown in website, also found it’s written standard on their arrival paper). They didn’t mention at all. I asked if *** is comfort room when check out and the lady said yes. But later she said it’s not, perhaps it’s mistake and she said they would refund the price difference.
2) after the trip and I had to contact agoda BACK and FORTH for over a month because the hotel failed to refund and provided two time invalid ARN ref.no to me which my bank said it’s invalid. After unlimited message Agoda finally refunded the price difference.
3) I was expecting comfort room which have better view and newer bathroom but indeed I got a standard room which is very close to road and noisy, also very limited view of mountain.
