The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. They agreed to let me check in early and allowed me to store my luggage after check-out. However, the service quality is poor. The room lacks air conditioning and gets quite hot in the summer. There’s a kitchen, but no sponge or dish soap until you ask, and the staff doesn’t help with washing dishes. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, and towels weren’t replaced daily unless requested. The room was dirty with a lot of dust on the floor. Now I understand why this hotel is named “Sleepy"
