Room freezing asked staff re same at 19.30 hrs to fix heating @ 22.20hrs had to go to reception desk as couldn't get nobody to answering the phones to ask again for some body to sort out the heating. Manger came to room @ 22.30 hrs . Radiator only warm at the bottom cold at the top so Radiator needed bleed. Asked about Radiator in bathroom as it also was freezing was informed Radiator in bathroom was only for show ?? We had our coats on from landed as it was so cold. Asked to be moved to another room and was told the next room won't be warm as Radiator would have to turned on & would take a hour r so to heat the room ?? Asked why wasn't the heating put on in rooms before guest arrive & he didnt give us an answer. So all he could do was give us two extra duvets & and electric heater at this time we were ready for bed ?? Very disappointed ๐ ๐คจ to say the least ๐ ๐

We were only going to stay 2 nights but loved it so much we stayed 4. This was the perfect place to stay traveling with a 5 year old. Wonderful staff, very clean, perfect location. The pool was amazing. We will stay again on our next trip.
