We got here early asked if we could check in early and was rudely told no and rudely told we would be charge for a 3rd person when we only checked in for 2. We came back 2 hrs later to see if we could check in, place was empty, cleared out and there were a lot of rooms open to stay in and once again was told rudely that we still could not check in. We said we would be willing to pay but still received the rude answer of no. I have never ever been treated like this before and as soon as I entered, I wanted to leave and find a different hotel. If people don’t like their jobs, then they should not be working with people. We ate the money and booked at a different hotel because of the rudeness we received when walking in for the first time. I understand check in said not until 4:00 but when the place is empty and have rooms, they are making us wait for no reason. If I could rate this place, I would give it a negative 10 and will never be returning here again and will be telling everyone not to stay here. Just awful service
