Not the best welcome (£200 deposit demanded at 2100, photo Id etc) and the same gentleman failed to create a safe and calm environment on both nights of our stay however the accomodation itself is well thought out, nicely decorated, spacious and very clean with a wonderful location near South Kensington and with a tube station within a few minutes walk. The daytime team were fabulous. Would I stay again? possibly but not on the lower ground floor due to noise issues from above late at night, no temperature control (ridiculously warm) and the laundry room is next door so constant noise, and movement.
