    Room was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. We didn't partake in much of the resort as we weren't here long, but what we saw was clean and well organized. Staff were lovely and helpful.

    First night and first time stayed at Wyndham, came back to our room late, around 9 pm, it was dark and there was no handicap sign on the ground, we accidentally parked at the handicap space, honest mistake, around 10 pm, very loud knock on the door, a female security guard told us that we parked at the handicap space, we quickly apologized and tried to explain that it was an honest mistake, the guard replied in a rude and mean way, " how can you missed it!!" as if we were stupid, so obvious that no one will miss it, my wife later told the security that we couldn't find a parking spot, and it was dark, we saw the last spot, but didn't see the handicap sign. She replied " that's not true, there is plenty of spots". I grabbed the car key and walked towards to the parking lot, security parked her golf car on the side of the walkway to the parking lot, when I walked by her, she said " move your car out of MY handicap spot!" as if she owned the handicap parking space. We came from NJ, where handicap spots had blue signs and blue lines on the ground, it's brown here in the resort, we didn't park in the handicap space purposely. She could have approached us in many different ways, not being so rude and mean. We are DVC members, and stayed at Aulani for 4 days prior to Wyndham, the experience was night and day, we will never stay at Wyndham ever again!
