We stayed for 4 nights here at the end of September 2025 and we had an excellent experience. First of all, the staff Matej, the manager and the ladies in reception were phenomenal. ..hands down excellent service! We had an issue with the air conditioning and they immediately changed the room. The location is excellent right in front of the. Nicest beaches in Dubrovnik and has a nice pool,.very easy to take public transport from the hotel to and from old town 10 min max on a bus and the hotel sells cheaper bus fares. The Free parking is limited first come basis. The all inclusive meals saved us a lot of money since we stayed for 2 weeks we were able to experience the Croatian restaurants but while at sunny we took advantage of the buffet which is changed up every day. Highly recommended it! Excellent value for your money

The property is perfect for families with kids and it has lots of entertainment options to keep the kids busy. The pool area is huge and the beach area is also very nice. I did not have a chance to try the breakfast and dinner that comes included with the room. The bathroom is a little bit small and needs updating, but the room itself was very spacious and nicely decorated. Bring your own beach towels because they charge two euros if you want a beach towel from the hotel.
