We enjoyed our stay—the location is excellent, with a stunning river view. The breakfast was also impressive, offering a wide variety of choices.
The only drawback was the bathroom, which had no ventilation, and the window was sealed.
Overall, I would rate it 9 out of 10. I would definitely book again.

Was there with my daughter and cousin room was very clean, bathroom was a good size and shower was great. Beds were comfy.

I enjoyed my stay. Apart from the vacuum needed another pass on the carpet, I really enjoyed my stay.
All the staff were professional and attentive.
I had dinner at their restaurant because I was quite tired. It's at a premium of course but the steak was cooked fine enough, the chips were very good and the sticky toffee pudding was absolutely delicious. Cameron was a great waiter and very attentive so I had a great dinner - thanks to the kitchen too.
As it was off peak the price was very much worth it for me with the subway right behind if you need it, otherwise it's in a quiet part of the central of Glasgow by the river. I had a beautiful view.
Also used the bar when with my friend and the cocktail was tasty.
I will go again if it matches my budget for sure.

I certainly I expected more given the price and “4 star” label. I thought it was a basic 3 star hotel with mediocre facilities. The breakfast was also very disappointing, ie a basic and budget spread, and we always had to wait for the staff to top up the food as there was never enough.
