Location is great, - but no staff, no ventilation, worn out finishes, have to put your own sheets on the bed - all make for a less value-for-money stay than expected. Other choices nearby at only marginally more with much much better facilities/service.

The hotel states that the access code will be sent by email within 24 hours of reservation, but I never received it. Staff said it would be sent by SMS, which is a problem for travellers using eSIM who cannot receive SMS or make calls. I emailed the hotel but only received a reply on the day I checked out.
Agoda support kept telling me there would be a receptionist at the hotel, even though the website clearly says there is no receptionist. I spent two days going back and forth in chat without any real help.
The room was clean, but the hotel is located in a basement with no windows and poor ventilation. My throat started to hurt during my stay. Very disappointing experience overall.
I would not recommend staying here.
