Choapan 28 - Lux Apartments in Condesa

Nice place in a good location that was fairly well-equipped and very clean. We enjoyed our stay mostly as the apartment was an easy stroll to most places in La Condessa and Roma del Norte, however the apartment was very noisy overnight with continuous loud traffic noise that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The management of this place we thought was poor. We were given the wrong code for the main entrance door and could not get a response from the manager's number by voice and by message. Along with another tenant we were left sitting on the entrance steps for half an hour before someone leaving allowed is to gain entrance. Thereafter we asked three times for clean towels to be left during our six night stay and eventually had to get the existing ones cleaned at a local lavanderia. Communication with the manager was brief and curt and, although he promised towel delivery on the three occasions he didn't actually deliver until we'd had the towels laundered ourselves. Pretty unacceptable and a poor experience from that point of view.

Modern Apartment , very clean and comfortable. Good location on the edge of Condessa. Nice to have view from balcony, good shower. Second bedside lamp needs replaced, some complimentary coffee for the coffee machine would be nice as well as a guide to local places to eat and where to get groceries. Some steep steps to main door so may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.. Would happily stay again

There is no lock on the door, and the manager provided the master code to another guest. This guest entered our room at 6:30 AM, mistakenly thinking it was the room directly in front of us. The manager had given him access to all rooms, which created a significant security concern.
