We had a wonderful stay and would like to sincerely thank all the staff for their kindness and support, even in situations that were beyond their direct responsibility. Their attitude truly made a difference during our stay.
A special mention goes to the restaurant excellent food and great service.
And above all, a heartfelt thank you to Stefan: incredibly kind, always available, and going far beyond expectations. A truly golden person.

We were there in October so we couldn’t use the pool as it was already pretty chill. But I can imagine how nice it must be during summer. Good location of you have a car, I can imagine a daily trip to Siena and other towns. Breakfast was tasty, eggs, cheese, pastries, Nutella, fruit, good coffee.

Apartmant is clean and big enough also they have a private parking but I am disappointed with very poor breakfast, the apartment does not have any kitchen towel,liquid for dishes,any suger,salt...despite that apartment have a kitchen. Also there is not sufficient power socet,bathroom needs improvements,There aren’t any hooks in the bathroom,small cabin shower.
We have an issue with providing an invoice despite they have it as option on the booking site...on the end we got it but it was deficult.
All in all, not so bad but it is too expensive for this kind of service.
