We had a pleasant stay overall - the hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxing. However, I can’t give it a full 5 stars due to two major issues that future guests should be aware of.
1) Misleading information about the beach:
The hotel website and aggregator pages feature photos and descriptions of a beach that gives the impression it belongs to the hotel or is at least included in the stay. In reality, the beach is not private, and hotel guests are still required to pay to access it. Prices are quite steep -€60 per sunbed even in the back rows. If the beach is not part of the hotel or comes with an additional cost, this should be clearly stated to avoid disappointment and confusion.
2) No real dining options on-site:
Apart from breakfast, there are no accessible places to eat at the hotel. The only available option is a Michelin-starred restaurant, which is booked out several days in advance. Even if you manage to get a reservation, the menu is tasting-only, starting at €150 per person, which isn’t practical for most guests looking for a casual meal. There’s no casual dining - a real letdown for a hotel in this category.
If these two aspects were addressed, it would make the stay much more comfortable and transparent.
