    Good spot for an overnight stay or maybe a budget weekend. Friendly staff and comfortable warm room. Good shower and lots of hot water. But the place needs some money spending. Floor boards are creaky, carpets look warn, shower cubicle was old and, frankly, not very hygienic. Continental breakfast was sort of available but local cafes are better. Yes, I'd use it again but only if choice is limited

    Location is exellent for getting out and exploring the countryside. The hotel itself is good value for money but quite dated and in need of significant TLC. Staff were helpful and friendly and the bar was well stocked. Overall a nice little place and would stay again if in the area

    Loved it. It could do with a lick of paint here and there but it’s clean, warm, the food is fantastically fantastic- must do the best Asian food for miles around. Fill your boots. We will be back!

    I booked the suite, which was large but very dated and had low quality furnishings, mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. Hotel was noisy in the bar until midnight which kept me up and then I was woken up at 7am on both mornings by banging which sounded like someone moving furniture around. Very annoying. Carpets were worn and dirty everywhere. Indian restaurant food on site is very good though but the surroundings are poor.
