It's a nice small hotel, staff was very kind and accommodating. Room was small and basic but you can't expect much for this price. The only thing I wish it had was air condition. There was a fan in the room though, which was life saving! I got an upgrade, which was also very nice. I would come again!

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Chanteclair, right in the heart of Cannes' charming old town. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the port and beaches. It's perfect for exploring the authentic side of Cannes, with local cafes and shops just around the corner.
The hotel itself is simple but full of character. My room was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials. The courtyard garden is a peaceful bonus, a great spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great local tips and making me feel very welcome.

The price paid for the entric location is very worth it. Even though some mosquitos, hot and confusing entry, the welcoming owner takes care of the clearing and details.
