Shopping trip to Livingston designer outlet. Good location, 8minute walk. Plenty room in car park. Friendly, helpful staff. Basic hotel. Scrambled egg at breakfast was not to our taste.

Very nice stay. Walking distance to the Livingston Designer Outlet Centre via 2 retail parks, about 10 minute walk. We had dinner and breakfast at the Chain Runner pub and found the meals to be very good quality and in a nice cosy atmosphere. The room was very good, clean with coffee and tea making facilities. Would stay again.

Room lovely and clean but that was all I used of the facilities . The hotel is in the heart of Livingston retail park so had an amazing choice of off site facilities to hand .
