    The room itself and the bathroom were very spacious, as was the kitchen. The pool was right in front of the room which was very convenient. However, theses are the reasons why I wouldn't stay here again: 1. There was a 3h electricity outage while all the surrounding buildings had electricity so it must have been something that could've been prevented. 2. There was a rat living in our room which woke us up in our bed at night so we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. 3. We couldn't leave our luggage after check out and late check out would have been 100k/hour. 4. Everything felt very anonymous and without any personal touch since the property was managed by an agency so there was no charme and no personality to this place. Even though the issues with the electricity and the rat were addressed quickly, there was no real effort in providing any better service/experience or making up for it, the standard response was 'we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this'.
