We stayed here on the 29th January 2025 and I cannot speak highly enough of Castle Arch. We were greater by a wonderful, friendly, informative and knowledgeable receptionist named Amy. Her professionalism, courtesy and respect shown to us was exemplary.
The hotel is clean, warm, superbly located and very reasonably priced. Andy the manager was also very welcoming and made any conversation easy. Again, his professionalism and knowledge was exceptional. Two excellent ambassadors for this hotel company group.
Our night manager Ryahan, was just wonderful in every way. He was so courteous and no ask we put his way was an issue. Everything undertaken with ease, respect, friendliness, courtesy and is the utmost professional. This hotel group should be so proud of the wonderful team of staff we had the delight in meeting. They made our stay very special leaving us feeling like we were the of customers in the hotel.
I cannot rate this hotel and the staff highly enougn. We will definitely be back. Thank you all so much for making our stay comfortable and a unique experience.

My partner and I stayed here in January 2025 for 2 nights and from start to finish it was lovely. The room was perfect, clean and overlooked the courtyard. The food was excellent and it was perfectly located to everywhere. I would like to mention some of the staff who really made our stay warm and welcoming.
Amy Lane (Reception, friendly, lovely and warm)
Ryan (Night Porter, again just wonderful and effortless)
Nadine (Breakfast server, bubbly, accommodating and again effortless)
Caitlin (served us dinner in the bar/restaurant, again so nice and friendly)
Jo (Reception, so friendly and welcoming).
I have probably spelt some names wrong but I hope that the hotel proprietors get this. Your staff are second to none.
We will definitely be back here as they made us feel at home.
The hotel is great albeit a little tired in places but clean nonetheless.
