Agoda and ALL OTHER BOOKING SITES should remove this horrid joke of a hotel because hospitality is the absolute LAST thing you would think of when you arrive here. The RUDEST, NOSIEST and by far LEAST hospitable couple run the place. No smiles no welcome just a snobbish once over while they gesture for your id impatiently and proceed to check you in. They demand a cash deposit for the room on top of the nightly rate which would be acceptable if they were not grimy people who make up rules arbitrarily and will keep your money snd sneer at you even if no damages were caused to the room which is the entire reason for the deposit! These degenerates enforce a no visitor policy, so watch out because even if a friend whom you arranged a ride from driver onto their property and waits in the car to pick you up exactly like an Uber or taxi would do, they will IMMEDIATELY call your room and DEMAND you walk back to the front desk so they can scold you (all of this thdy cojld havd said on the phone btw)and go over their no visitor policy and threaten to call the police on you as though you had done something illegal. Then if you have the nerve to be dropped off by that ride and they have to turn around in the parking lot you won't even be able to go to the bathroom in your room first while they blow up the phone until you answer and are ordered to come to the office again and because you do have to use the restroom first that's not fast enough for them so they blow up the phone again this time screaming at you like you need to jump at their commands! These slime balls were so disgusting in their treatment of me I told them I would not be staying the remainder of the night. They wouldn't refund me anything even though I'd only been checked in the room 3 hours max and the majority of that time wasn't even there as I was out running errands. That part didn't bother me though. When I said I was leaving early the nasty wife just decided that she wouldn't be giving me back my deposit for the room either. Nothing written in the hotel policy for such a thing, just what she decided on a whim while she and her husband continued to harass me for breaching their sacred no guest policy even though I had no guest. I had broken none of their rules yet they talked to me as if I were the worst person on earth and treated me like no hotel guest should ever be treated! These people don't havd the first clue what hospitality is and they are truly the most ill suited for running this establishment! I sincerely suspect they are not particularly kind to any of their guests but they were especially nasty to me because they realized I was gay when I had to list the 2nd AUTHORIZED guest in the room. I saw the look of judgement on their faces when I initially checked in and referred to my partner as my wife. This horrific hotel nightmare is ran by bigots who have no business in the hospitality arena AT ALL!!! I hope that all goes booking sites recognize this and will not stand to support a place that is so anti-LGBT friendly and just unfriendly altogether!
