First time we have stayed here but it definitely will not be our last.

At time of checking in the guest service lady asked if I wanted room service because we were staying 3 nights I said yes please. No one ever cleaned the room ,or made the beds,or replenished toiletries! We put the trash out the door and dirty towels , and they used the same bag to put towels in that the dirty wet towels were in! Also when checking in I was told 25.00 hold would be on my cc. When I asked a guest rep on Sunday why it’s showing I was charged , she said she will look into it and call me , well that never happened !! 6-9 there’s snacks time ??? There’s a guy will unwound call a “cookie bandit” he serves the cookie. Sorry but let people get their own damn cookie. Like he monitors it. Weird beyond weird !!! It also says anytime you can have coffee .tea, juices. Well they shut the juice machine off after breakfast. And they don’t make drag coffee throughout the day/night They turn lights off ,and heat off in common area. Like they don’t want you not to be out and about.! For what they charge , they need to give you allot of amenities and to shut things off is not welcoming or appreciating their guests!
