We have been coming here for many years. Unfortunately, the prices are insane...but we got a good deal through Agoda. Lety, at the front desk, was very kind & helpful and upon request, moved us to a much better room. They should hire more people like Lety!

My friend and I stayed here while touring Napa. Hotel was really cute. We also did the mud spa which was a good experience.
