This (500 year old!) hotel is 5 minutes easy walk from the station, just down the main road on the right hand side. My room was a good size, had a bath in the bathroom, comfy bed, wifi, hairdryer, kettle. The front desk staff (particularly the gentleman with the beard, whose name I omitted to ask), were extremely friendly & very kind & helpful. I visited in January, so most of Pontorson was closed! Still, there was a supermarket 2 mins up the road, and a Carrefour 15 mins walk away if required. Mt St Michel is easy to access from this town via bus. Only a 20 min ride. Visit the tourist office to get a bus timetable. €3.30 each way (cash or card), pay on the bus. I went to Pontorson to visit Mt St Michel. Staying at this hotel was lovely, & it facilitated my requirements in every respect. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Very good located in case you want to extend the visit to Mt St Michel. Comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The staff was very helpful during the stay and gave valuable information related to city and surroundings.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in order to visit Mont St Michael. It was very nice, an old hotel but was renovated for comfort. The location near the train station and the bus stop to the Mont was great. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Manager was BAD. No internet depsite telling manager. He was not willing to accept it. Unaccepted.
