This is a great walking distance to Knotts berry farm I enjoyed my time

That was a very good location. The bed was very comfortable and I really like the staff in the location across the street to Amusement park Knotts berry farm

Long strands of hair on my bed sheets and pillows the first night I checked in. I went to the front desk and asked to remedy the matter, ended up making my own bed for 2 nights with new linens they gave me which I was perfectly happy to do. The third night hk showed up with a young female who did not communicate in English. Her cart was piled up with dirty linens she collected from other rooms. When she appeared she had 2 bath towels in her hands. I politely told her no cleaning for my room having seen her cart had nothing but a giant pile of mix dirty linens and towels so I didn’t want her to go into my room not knowing what will actually get cleaned. Then instead of walking away she dug through her pile of dirty stuff and pulled out 4 towels and handed them to me. I actually saw dirt and stains on them. I was so disgusted I immediately threw all the towels in a corner of the bathroom and washed my hands. I ended up declining room service the rest of my 5 night stay and went to front desk to request clean bed sheets and toiletries as needed. When I showered the drain was so clogged I stood in ~2.5 inches of drain water. So I went downstairs to let front desk know and it got fixed the next day. Why do these inns and smaller motels risk going out of business with these cheap cost cutting tactics!! If I wasn’t standing right there observing the hkpr and her digging from the dirty pile of linens I would’ve ended up with used towels. Unbelievable disregard for my health and safety as a customer.
