I really enjoyed my stay at betaw loft. It's got everything you need including a super lonely swimming pool thats big enough to swim laps in! The location couldn't be better, the bed comfy and the staff excellent.

I had to leave this property two days early because it was not safe.
I raised noise concerns, safety concerns and animal concerns about the dog who cried and barked endlessly who was owned by the people in the adjoining villa (pets are not allowed at this villa). There was no on site security. The property manager did not send the police. The property manager did not attend the site to intervene with the violence. The dog continued to cry and bark for hours outside my villa. The shouting, swearing and banging in the adjacent villa escalated. Despite constantly conveying my concerns to the property manager in real time, absolutely nothing was fixed. Because of the escalating violence next door (there is no fence or barrier between the adjoining villas) I was concerned for my own safety and had to leave. All of this was conveyed to the property manager at the time it occurred and nothing on the ground changed. They advised that because they did not own the villa it was out of their control. They did absolutely nothing to help the woman being shouted at or to help me. I requested a full refund as I had to pay full price at the last minute to go and stay somewhere else due to their inaction, which they refused to pay. They have offered a 30% refund on two nights accommodation, which is unacceptable and which I have not received. TLDR DO NOT stay at this villa if you are a woman by yourself. The property manager WILL NOT help you if there are any safety concerns. It IS NOT SAFE to stay here. I have travelled the world alone for many years and have NEVER had an issue like this before.
