You cannot beat the location. Just walk outside and cross the street and you are on campus. You are also close walking distance to downtown Ann Arbor shopping and eating district. This hotel has lots of charm and they offer a breakfast each morning that is wonderful. I try and stay here anytime I am in Ann Arbor!

This was such a unique boutique hotel. We had a full bath and a half bath with a separate living space. We were expecting one bed and that's it. Their was a filled candy dish on the coffee table and even an umbrella stand with four umbrellas. The breakfast was good and the space for that was really ultra modern compared to the quaint old world charm of the hotel.
