I would rate this hotel is best for family and travelers who want to enjoy travelling to Zermatt without having to pay too much of staying up in Zermatt . The hotel is convenient located just opposite of VISP station.
Also I must thank the staff there for securing my Nikon camera which I left out in the hotel room and safely return to my the next day . Very much grateful.

Baxter was exceptionally good at the price charged. Its right opposite Visp train station, excellent management of the 3 star property, very helpful staff and clean, tidy, big rooms with a big balcony overlooking the station and the streets. They allowed us an early check-in too without any hassles. The breakfast was decent enough and the restaurant had a great view of the mountains. Overall a great stay. Unfortunately we stayed at visp only for one night. Would definitely recommend.
