Typical business hotel services provided.
Specially like they have a bathtub, which is harder to find nowadays
However, house cleaning services only provided when requested. We have tried to use the app to request for cleaning, however the request doesn't go thru to their system. We end up have to go to their reception and ask for it - the traditional way.
Really need to improved on their app system.
This hotel is always fully booked for long stays. Make sure to check in on time at 3pm. Or else they will provide u with the small room even though u are staying for long stays.

Good location, near train station, near city centre. The room is big, clean and comfortable.
The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were clearly not trained in the use of the computer system when checking in, and took about 20 minutes per guest to do what happens in at m ost 5 minutes elsewhere. The room was not done for three days in a row, which meant no fresh towels, no drinking water. Nice and convenient proximity to the The Hague central train station which has ample shopping options.
