Nice hotel located a bit far from Ayvalık city centre. Reception staff are somehow rude and unprofessional. Dining experience was so far good except that staff were not aware and it was taking along to get water or any missing item. Beach bar service was a real disaster as it was 35 degrees and we were begging the staff to get a cup of ice with water orders. They were too moody. In one of the days, I ordered more than 10 water bottles. Extras invoice was too over priced in comparison with quality of food and service provided. Won’t go there again.
