The staff was not helpful at all and provided incorrect information before checkin. They don’t provide airport transfer despite advertising on here so make sure you triple confirm with the property if you still choose to book. There’s oil stain in the kettles, water in the jacuzzi looked dirty, there were so many dead bugs in the hut. The lights went off randomly, can really tell this property is not being carefully taken care of.

We had an amazing stay at the observatory in Senja. The view from our room was absolutely stunning — waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. The breakfast was delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. The reception team was super helpful and even managed to arrange a last-minute tour for us, which we really appreciated. Didn’t manage to see aurora due to cloudy snowy weather. Overall, a beautiful place with great service. Highly recommend!

Location is far from Tromsø, location is not in tromso but in Senja. 1 or 2 hours from airport.
Can’t refund due to flight cancellation.
