Room is clean with clean bed & sheet. Suitable for short trip. You need bring own towel but can rent it at reception. Nice place to hang up at lobby. Friendly reception.

The stay is good and it matched with the description as well . It was just only 8- 10 minutes walk from the metro station and there was grocery store near to it as well .
Only thing I felt discomfort was the area near to it , It was bit of a shady area . I know this is something which the stay has not any involvement at all .

I had a good stay with my friends and the place is really cozy, it has restaurant but they people there in the kitchen were mean. We have a free breakfast and i wanted more banana and they said its only one per person and she got mad. But the other staff were nice.

Pros:
- price is good knowing it is Paris and it already comes with breakfast
- 10 minute-walk from Marx Domroy metro station
- bed is ok, clean, comfortable and with night lights, plug socket nearby.
- There’s a nearby grocery store.
- You can leave your luggage before checkin and after checkout.
Cons:
- Shower is dirty, has grime, and you still need to push the shower button every 30 seconds 😭 this was my dealbreaker
- Bed could have curtains for privacy
- Suggest that breakfast could be different every other day at least.
- As others say, not the best location but I’d say if you try to reach the hotel, go thru the Marx Domroy metro station rather than the La Chapelle metro station.
- Some staff were welcoming, some weren’t .
