Great location, nice room with basic amenities, staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast has the same spread everyday. Overall everything is great.

The breakfast was good, the staff were helpful and polite, the location of the hotel is good cause it was just few steps to the touristic famous street « vitosha » boulevard! But the hotel need some improvements.
The door of the bathroom which I forgot to take photo was really in bad condition. The rooms table I forgot to take photo again was full of dust.(we were in the A44 room at 4th floor btw.
Everything is old and dated!
We have been to many countries and it was our first time in Bulgaria, we didn’t like neither the country nor the hotel and people unfortunately.
But thanks anyway.
