Pros: relatively clean, daily cleanups, nice amenities, free snacks and juices. Overall you see there’s a very kind person managing all this, so you feel well treated! Also, communication through WhatsApp is very smooth and they made sure to give precise instructions on how to reach the room.
Con: this is not the property’s fault at all, but I didn’t realize the room was gonna be in Corniglia, because the app was saying it was in Vernazza. I only realized it once I was sent further instructions on how to get there. There is an insane amount of stairs everywhere. I know Cinque Terre is known for it, but trust me, I’ve been in all 5 villages and Corniglia is by far the hardest one to get to if you are carrying heavy luggage. As a solo traveler, I struggled a lot to carry my suitcase and actually fell in the stairs and hurt my neck. So please, avoid Corniglia at all costs and stay elsewhere if you have bags with you.
