I stayed at Arass Hotel & Business Flats from 9–10 August 2025. Overall, the check-in process was smooth, the room was clean, and everything else went well.
However, the main issue was the air conditioning. The weather was quite hot, but the AC was not effective in cooling down the room. I tried adjusting it with the provided remote, but it didn’t respond at all. It seemed like the AC was centrally controlled by the hotel, and the temperature felt fixed at around 25–26°C. With the outside temperature at about 18°C, the room felt uncomfortably warm during the night.
A better and more responsive AC system would have made the stay much more comfortable.
