The room was clean and comfortable, but the toilet paper was really cheap and flimsy. I wish it had a microwave also. Also, the noise from people with pets and children were a bit disturbing at tomes. The air conditioner also needs to be replaced. The bed was a little stiff for me. Otherwise, the staff was really great and the mineral hot tub was cool. Everything else was fine. Good deal

The private pools are the best kept secret in Desert Hot Springs. Let the front desk know the temp you want when you check in. Restaurant & spa on-site. The spa/ private pool rooms come with a mini fridge and amenities like robes, slippers, and toiletries. Sitting at the edge of town tou are just 15 mins from Palm Springs.

First of all this place has branded itself as a hotel, which is far from it. Best case scenario, this is an old motel with a fresh paint job. They advertise mineral water, which we didn’t see any, but I imagine one of the Jacuzzis had some in it. The room we stayed in had severe smell of paint, which made us nauseous for both days that we were there. Customer Service is poor, but the staff seemed friendly. Would not recommend this place and will never stay there again.
