We went there just to relax after the long trips and the accomodation gave us everything we needed.

While staying there with my daughter we were bitten by some bugs every night. Hotel staff were insisting that it's not bedbugs so it could be fleas. Never seen maids mop the floor, just hoover and change linen. Curtains and extra blankets (from the wardrobe) are super dusty. Rooms don't have tea/coffee facilities, but there's little fridge and aircon. We had a balcony but you need to ask for a key to unlock the door; no table or chairs there either. From the staff I can highlight Federico, the receptionist, very friendly and helpful, he made our stay brighter. Breakfast service is favouring locals only - we never were offered a teapot for tea, but for italian visitors they brought it. Also hotel location not meant for walkers as there are no pedestrian ways and you need to walk on the busy road bypassing the garbage bins. By bus it's a 1 hour trip to Rome with no direct transport. When checking out we were surprised by €75 bill for city tax. Nothing was said about that on Agoda website when I was booking. Please bear in mind, it's an extra €7.50 per person per night to your booking price. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

We arrived late to Champino airport so it was convenient to stay nearby. The room was simple but well maintained. Breakfast had enough variety. The area is very calm so we had good rest

Its a lovely hotel with nice tranquil locale. Away only 8-10km away from Rome Centre and taking taxi could cost you around 15-20€. Apart from this location is very nice, breakfast options were good !!
