Bright lights are on all night, beaming into your room. The laundry didn't work, causing a delay to my plans and dryer didn't dry enough, but I think they gave me something complementary to compensate. The cleanliness was ok, but I didn't get replenishment of toilet paper - I had to ask for it. Staff were good, except one who seemed to stare at me blankly. Location is a bit far drom the station with heavy luggage, but it's right opposite the arena. The entrance is just a short walk further around on the left side.

I visited in December and hotel was clean and tidy. Room was very clean and everything worked as it should. The staff were super friendly and actually took time to help me with my check in. The hotel is right next to the collesueum. Location is I think one of the best out there. Just make sure you check in early to get a parking spot. I also want to say it's almost brand new hotel. Super happy

A nice modern and comfortable hotel with good location. Feasible to roll your suitcase from the station. The room was fully satisfactory and the breakfast was also fine.

The location is fantastic but.... after checking in it became obvious everything was an add on. Want to use the steam room? €6,00 per person, per visit, limit 1 hour and must book ahead. Steam room also wasn't clean and there were muddy floors from the people before us as it wasn't cleaned between uses. Want to do laundry? €6,00 per load. Want to dry that laundry? €6,00 per load. If you open the dryer to remove something it immediately resets and you guessed it, €6,00 to get it to start again. €30,00 to do 2 loads of laundry! I asked for a refund and 45 days later no one has contacted me or refunded the €18,00 total I was to receive as I was charged twice on both washing machines because the staff member who was helping me couldn't figure it out either. The rooms themselves are nice enough. Clean and plenty big with room to cook but came with NO dish soap, sponge, kitchen towel and the really big deal NO COFFEE MAKER. Seriously/
