Stayed at this hotel for a night. I wouldn't recommend it during the warm seasons due to its lack of air-conditioner. I got a room without it when the temperature was above 30 C and it was literally excruciating to sleep in that extreme heat. The hotel offers you a fan but they are to no use due to it practically blowing hot air onto you. I was about to have a heat stroke during the night and had to soak myself in cold water several tes during the night to be abke to cool off amd survive the night.

The place is decent in size, but a bit cramped when we put two twin beds out. However, the bathroom has lots of open space, but didn't seem to use the space properly. It would be better if they can add that the main part of the condo instead. It has the laundromat on the 1st floor which is convenient if you need to do laundry. Staff was nice but didn't speak English well. The location is far from the center; require a short walk (~4 blocks to catch the bus to go to Old Town, or walk about 1.5 block to catch the tram to other area. We would not stay here next time though due to the location.
