Very easy to walk from the train station. It’s tucked into a cute narrow street. Staff is friendly. Room was huge! Bed was very comfortable. Loved it! They were able to store our luggage since we arrived hours before check in.

The room is really spacious and nice, the roller was ok.
Major improvement for the check in and check outside the reception hours. We arrived around 21 and the door was closed and the reception behind the window empty. There was a phone number to call but it answered only after the third time.
There were other 2 guests groups that didn't know what to do.
Finally my third call was answered and the person didn't speak any English. I tried with my German and, after a while we realised we had to go to a partner hotel (Suitess) to get the keys. The other guests did not make to get their calls answered. I informed them and we won't all together.
Same for the checkout, we left around 7am and there was no info or box to leave the keys so we have to go back to the partner hotel. I think that just pouring the info on the door and a small box for a seamless checkout would improve there experience when people come out leave outside the reception hours.

Very nice hotel, old classical style, in the city center, good view from the window. Felling like in Italy or Spain with view to the narrow street which lead to the city center square.

I had a fantastic stay in the studio room! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was very convenient.
The only minor inconvenience was needing to collect the keys from a different location, which added a bit of extra time to the check-in process. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience, and I would still highly recommend staying here!
