This could be an amazing hotel… but isn’t
Lifts are terrible. The large pool is heated to 32C making it uncomfortable & leaving the small pool for 200 guests.
Pool was green & cloudy. Probably from so many people using one small pool
Staff are generally disinterested and on their phones. Reception staff watched us unload bags and offered zero assistance.
The food is ok in itself, but very limited room service options and menus not provided. You basically have to photograph the menu from the foyer.
Hotel is only 6 years old but poorly maintained. Lights out everywhere. Pool not cleaned properly.
Rooms are great but not cleaned properly. Tea & coffee facilities provided but no cutlery, limited glasses. Towels provided would be the world’s smallest towels.
Not sure if it’s poor management, poorly trained staff or both.
Overall, very underwhelming for how much it cost. Won’t be back.
