This was hands-down the best hotel we stayed in during our Tuscany trip. AmiRooms is a beautiful boutique accommodation that honestly outshines many 3-star — and even some 4-star — hotels we've experienced, and at a much more reasonable rate.
Located right in the heart of Siena, AmiRooms is close to everything, yet still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The space is thoughtfully designed — every corner is maximized for comfort, but still offers plenty of room for your belongings. The high ceilings with Italian architectural touches gave it such charm, while the overall design felt sleek, modern, and very well maintained.
They’ve really thought of everything — from a coffee machine, electric kettle, wine opener, and hairdryer, to USB-A and USB-C wall outlets, a safe deposit box, and even small but thoughtful details like a feminine wash in the bathroom (which we didn’t see in any other hotel). The bathroom was large, spotless, and new — a true luxury after long travel days.
I especially loved the guest notebook in the room — reading little stories from fellow travelers and leaving our own note made the stay feel even more personal. Being on the top floor, we also got a peek into what life inside a traditional city-center building feels like — and yes, there’s an elevator, so no need to worry about carrying luggage up stairs!
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Amina, who was the perfect host — kind, responsive, and clearly passionate about making every guest feel at home.
Truly a gem in Siena. Highly recommend AmiRooms to anyone visiting this beautiful city!
