O check-in foi super demorado pq só havia uma pessoa nas recepção. O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido e a água que saia do ralo do banheiro do inundou o banheiro na primeira noite. Reclamei, disseram q haviam consertado e, na segunda noite, a água q saia do ralo do banheiro inundou não só o banheiro, mas todo o quarto. Tive ir até a recepção p buscar toalhas p secar eu mesma o quarto q ficou com um cheiro horrível. Somente no terceiro dia consertaram o entupimento. O atendimento foi muito ruim e o café da manhã tb. Não recomendo.
