Alia Inn Boutique WTC

Modern hotel with a rooftop pool in a very good neighborhood close to the WTC. The Queen bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large, with a super-powerful hot shower, but the large bath towels were frayed at the edges. A Nespresso coffee maker and safe are included, along with a good hairdryer.

We decided to stay in a hotel as opposed to an apartment rental and we're glad we did! The Nápoles area is a straight bus ride to downtown and Roma etc. It takes about 30 to 40 min to get to central making it easy to get in and out but still providing a calmer quite area. Napoles seems like a well to do neighbourhood with plenty of food options including many favourites in the city (like Tacos Orinoco). Very safe and aso nice to walk around! The hotel is small with 30 something rooms. We got a King room with balcony. There is a rooftop pool and what we called a "warm tub" as opposed to a hot tub. Lol. The pool is great for when you need to stretch out those muscles after waking all day. The hot water situation was the best I have ever had in Mexico. Strong and hot and long lasting. Staff are very nice without being in your face. Only 2 improvements to suggest, and neither would stop me staying again. 1. The bathroom was huge and lovely but water does spill out of the shower. Our floor towels were soaked. Again, worth it to have plentiful and strong hot water. 2. A mini fridge would be great to keep drinks cold. A great choice in CDMX!
