This place was truly magical! We booked the room with a balcony and I’m not exaggerating when I tell you I cried tears of joy when I walked in the room. There’s literally a view from the bathroom! Lol It’s difficult to find, but the staff went outside to wait for us when we told them we were 10 minutes out. They went over and above for us. Be prepared for lots of stairs, and incredibly unbelievable views! We lucked out with the weather though too. I can’t express how in love with this little town I am. The hotel was the perfect location too. Not too far from the beach or street access. Try to get out early to avoid the big crowds. Food was good, staff was so sweet and friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again if/when we come back. We had a romantic anniversary trip but it’s very kid friendly as well… as long as they’re not in a stroller! Obsessed with this hotel and location!

Very friendly staffs vety hulpfull .. nice breakfast buffet with beautiful view.. close to restaurant and the beach also to the harbour.. very big room with stunning view

The room is Amazing!!!!! Only downside is the endless amount of stairs. If you arrive by ferry, there are porters at the dock who will gladly bring your luggage up to the hotel for you for a fee. The staff here is very kind and welcoming. Breakfast is also included unless you order speciality items (avocado toast, omelette, etc). I booked a room with the sea view and it did not disappoint. It has a love seat, air conditioning, large walk in closet with mini bar/fridge, bathroom and a terrace with a couple of lounge chairs and seats. Very peaceful. I haven’t left yet and I’ve already recommended it to my friends!! I will absolutely stay here again next time I come to Positano.
