No one had changed the bed. Their dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom, there is an empty bottle in the room and one of the walls had a bunch of crap on it. I guess that's the best way to put it in four or five different places. Obviously it had not been cleaned when I checked in. No one was available at the late time to change anything so the manager is very apologetic in the morning. He could not return my money because it was booked through booking.com and you offered to put me up a few days later when I was leaving. When I call no one knew what was going on and there was no confirmation that I had a free stay or that I had a reservation. Pretty poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
