    Airport Gateway Hotel, is located close to Auckland Airport. The rooms are reasonably large with two beds and all the facilities one requires. I find there parking facilities to be excellent, five nights free then $5 per day. The restaurant has a wide choice of food. On my recent stay, I drove from Tauranga to Auckland arriving around 6.00pm, parked the car where it would be for the next 10 days. Had a meal, retired to bed, then up early and caught the yellow bus to the airport. Upon return ten days later at 1.00am in the morning, I used the Yellow Bus back to the airport, crashed into bed and had a good nights sleep before driving back to Tauranga. The whole experience, of two nights accommodation, one evening meal. Ten days car parking, Yellow Bus tickets for a total cost of $275.00 Far cheaper than booking my vehicle into facilities for car parking at Auckland International Airport. . I highly recommend using Airport Gateway Hotel on any trip leaving Auckland to Overseas or even if your are going to the South Island etc

    The hotel is more than needed by a weary traveller who wants to be near the airport and doesn’t want to pay the high rates for leaving a vehicle at Auckland Airport Rates

    We arrived in Auckland in the middle of the night, so we want somewhere to stay overnight so we are well rested for the long weekend. This place provided just that. Less than 10 mins drive from the airport, the check in process was very efficient. We had a room for 3. The beds were comfortable despite quite short. But we are 3 shortish girls! 😝 The room was clean. Shampoo and soap were provided in the room. Will definitely return again if we are in similar circumstance in the future

    Rundown needs some tlc stuff communication wasn’t good had to get customer show us how to get in to building very outdated parking area packed with cars no order
