No Breakfast been served. (Reason,No staff available to work on kitchen) Which is Really weird for a hotel industry. Offered us to go on the other hotel resto which is 10 mins away. No refund has given to us. The hotel has 2 buildings. Which is 5 minutes walk to reach both. Cars are impossible as the hotel is located in a small alleyway. Had to walk far for breakfast just to know that kitchen is not available.

The Hotel is promoted as luxury rooms with pool and lots of other facilities. Despite booking weeks in advance, on arrival we were told that we would be staying not in the quietly located hotel with all it's facilities, but instead, we were taken to an apartment, three flights up at the top of an apartment building in a noisy area of the city 10 minutes walk from the hotel. In the apartment room the WiFi wasn't working, along with the TV and satellite channels, the fridge or the hairdryer. We complained but they were unable to fix any of the items during our stay. Other amenities listed on the agoda website were also not available, e.g. Mini bar, soundproofing, bathrobes. In addition, we had reserved parking several weeks in advance of our visit, but on arrival we were told that this was not available and were firstly instructed by the manager to park in a public (pay) car park 10 minutes away from the hotel. The 'hotel' listing on agoda does not hint at any of these things and does not represent the deal and accommodation that you are actually provided with. Please be aware and carefully read all of the negative reviews first before booking!!!!

While the hotel is good in so many ways (staff, location, cleanliness were all great) I was disappointed on arrival to be told our room was about 10mins walk from the hotel - including the pool and other facilities - and that our room was located at the top of a tall building up 6 flights of stairs with no lift option. We had heavy bags and felt we couldn’t ’pop back’ to our room when we needed to during the day because of the mammouth climb. It was also far from the pool and while we had the option to use it, being so far away it wasn’t really something we wanted to do. I felt I’d not really got what I was expecting or paid for so do consider this if you’re planning to book this place.
