This trip has been wonderful and Francesca has been the best host ever. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the city. The only downside is the hills, but that is true of anywhere here and makes the views even more incredible.

Cons:
- No counter check in /out - I contacted the owner by whatapp (poster located on the front door)
- the hotel located uphill - not recommended for elderly or disabled (quite a workout walking up)
- there was a service who could carry your luggages from/to Manarola Station (10 Euro/bag/one way) trust me it was so worth it
