The property offers excellent value for money, with spacious rooms and a lovely garden that enhances the overall experience. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is decent, providing easy transport options, though it could be closer to key attractions. The bathroom facilities are modern and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay despite some minor location drawbacks.

This property is actually a boarding house of the local university. As we were there during summer, the campus was quiet and deserted. It was also not easy to locate the property, and we had problem checking in, as late check-in instructions were informed to us earlier. We had to find out from the many notices pasted on the glass door. Although the unit was clean and tidy, it was warm and stuffy. As we were on the second floor, we were felt unsafe to leave any of the window open while we slept. As a result, we had a very uncomfortable and sleepless night.

Pros
- Close to tram stations
- Relatively modern bathroom and kitchen facilities
- There is actually a washing machine available for a cost
- Plenty of storage space
- Comfortable bed
- Large shower and bathroom
- Good hot water and sink water pressure
- Some toiletries provided
- Plenty of seating options
- Reasonable price with a deal
- Would be good in winter with the heater
Cons
- No air conditioning or fan, insufferable in summer, even hotter than outside (over 30C most days). Had to buy a fan which still brought the room to a barely tolerable temperature. Very stuffy in common areas also
- Loud, especially from having to keep window open at night to attain a barely manageable temperature. Doors slam all morning from cleaners and can hear neighbours and people outside at night. Having window open also lets bugs in (no bug screen)
- Staff come in without knocking and enter your room without your permission, for example to leave the weekly Wi-Fi code (there should be a better system for this)
- No way to request housekeeping (even though it is listed as a daily amenity)
- No soundproofing or safe box as stated
- Poor check in process. Hours not stated and no information sent prior to check in. Came outside of hours without realising even though I had disclosed the time that I would be arriving
- Staff quite unfriendly and unhelpful
- Broken amenities - showerhead, cupboard, heated towel rail
- Fire-safe door always left open
- Some guests smoke inside
- Some areas were dirty, including dust and rubbish left from previous guests. Toilet smelt bad, mattress protector doesn't get washed between guests
- Fridge left at unsafe temperature 7C
- Bad water pressure in shower
- Unclear checkout instructions
- Much more expensive on website than other deals I saw. Certainly not worth more than about 50 euros a night
