Tram 3 from karlsruhne station takes you to the hotel. Tram stop just in front comes every 10 min. Room was good size no fridge, no kettle or coffee machine or phone. Try to wash my hands got clogged even after hour it did not go down. The gentleman at reception told me it will take upto 2 hrs normally to drain. I said it was already 1 hour- no change he told me to check Chat GPT. I had to politely explain to the gentleman why it wasnt my job to fix the sink as a paid guest. Then finally he came to check and we had to keep the top cover on the drain open. No dustbin bags, i checked with the reception if they forgot it. No papercover for the glasses in the bathroom. I was not gonna touch that glass!! This was defintely not 4 star hotel! There was a hole on the carpet under the bed. I was just glad we were staying 1 night.
